Luis Alban is a loan officer at the Lake Mary location of Pioneer Mortgage Funding. Prior to joining the industry, Luis served in the United States Marine Corps. His experience in the armed forces gave him characteristics that prove to be a key tool in his success as a loan officer. Honesty, attention to detail, and willingness and ability to take on challenging tasks are some of the traits that he takes very seriously. He is willing to go to extremes to ensure that his clients are knowledgeable and content throughout the home buying process.

As a professional in the mortgage industry, Luis can help you with any program in the mortgage world ranging from conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA.  His expertise focus is on VA loans as he is a certified veterans lending specialist (CVLS) but is confident in every aspect of the industry. A key trait to take from Luis is that he will treat every client as if they were family, making sure they understand everything throughout the home buying process and having a smile on their face after knowing they were taken care of. Luis also takes pride in being as educated as possible when it comes to mortgages and being honest and responsive while building lifetime relations with every client.

Luis was born in Venezuela and moved to Florida in 2006. Aside from his time in the Marine Corps, he has spent most of his life in Lake Mary, Fl and loves being able to make an impact in his community with every client he helps.
